I feel a stirring. A great one. April is upon us! What is waking up within you like the flowers awake with spring’s beckoning? What is calling you to renew your sense of purpose? But the practice of yoga reminds us that within each of us lies a powerful source of peace, clarity, and energy—waiting to be awakened. It has been my experience that regular home yoga offers a path to awaken your full potential. It did for me. This month is active with the invitation to awaken your inner knowing. Listen deeply to the call that yoga bestows upon us. The call of compassion, clarity, and conscious awareness. Move slowly, lengthening your exhale, soften, and let yourself be seen.
